eBook titles that are DRM protected ePub files can only be opened using Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) on your PC/Mac.
Please follow the steps to download Adobe Digital Edition:
- Goto http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/
- Click the install badge to download and install the latest version of Digital Editions.
Once Digital Editions is Installed:
1. Log into the eBook site using your login credentials.
2. Go to 'bookshelf' to download the eBook and click the 'Download DRM' link. It will open one pop-up or download a file (URLLink.ascm) depending on the browser.
3. Choose Open with 'Adobe Digital Editions' and click OK. Then the eBook will start to download in Adobe Digital Editions.
4. Once downloaded, you can access the eBook on your ADE Reader.
