TO ACCESS YOUR SUBSCRIBED EBOOKS FROM YOUR APPLE iPAD® :

Download the iPublishCentral Reader from the App Store : https://itunes.apple.com/in/app/ipublishcentral-reader-read/id510322929?mt=8
Tap on Get Books and Select Cadcim Technologies -US from the drop down.
Login to the app with your username and password.
Tap on the eBook Cover to download.
Go to All Books and tap on the eBook to read offline.
