Customer facing issues accessing ebooks
Good afternoon,<br /><br /> <br /><br /> I purchased several ebooks from you (Vibrant Publishers) in July and because I recently bought a new computer, need to redownload them. When I try to login to iPublishCentral Reader, I use the following authentication:<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Normal User/Institutional User: I select “Normal User”<br /><br /> Site URL: http://ebooks.vibrantpublishers.com/<br /><br /> Username: peterhs<br /><br /> Password: the same password I use to authenticate at http://ebooks.vibrantpublishers.com<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Note that I verified that I’m entering the correct password through an email I received from your website.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> But, when I click on “Sign In”, I receive an error notice stating:<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Failed to Authenticate. Invalid Site Information.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong/what values I should enter into the fields so that I can download my books in iPublishCentral Reader?<br /><br /> <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Peter Schwart
