App force closes
The app update yesterday keeps force closing shortly after running the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. The problem is on all my Android devices.

Crashing of the app when opening it
Since the last update the app keeps crashing when I open it.

I just downloaded the Crimson Romance App to my ipad. I also downloaded some books. The font is so tiny, & I am unable to enlarge it. Unable to login iPublish Reader
This was the best tech support I have received in years. You were able to address the problem I stated directly with asking questions first like, "is your computer plugged in?". Thanks again for your rapid response which spoke directly to my problem.
Ipad app
There is no highlighting function on the iPad eBook app. Will you please add this feature? If there is a highlight function, please tell me how to access it, because I do not see it.

Offline reader is not working
I think the best thing is how fast I get a reply from the support team. I know I've only emailed them twice, but both times I was very happy with their timing and their help. There's no point in responding quickly and not giving the right advice! Thanks again, guys! Whenever I need help I know you'll be there :D

I didnt realize the user name and password were case sensitive and that was why i was having a problem. thank you
i logged into my account , there is one book in my bookshelf. for to read offline i'm not able to download the book. so that i'm only accessing online, but i wanna download - it's not downloading what should i do?
