Thank you for your interest towards Sesame Street eBook. Please note that, these eBooks can either be read online or downloaded for offline reading. However, while downloading, please keep in mind, that these eBooks range anywhere between 10Mb to 80Mb per ebook. Please make sure that you have sufficient space for downloading the eBooks.

Please follow the instructions given below to check if you have sufficient space for the eBooks.

Step 1: Tap on the settings button.

Step 2: Tap on the "General" button present at the left hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Tap on the "Usage" button to open the memory usage status

Once done, this should provide you a drop down of the list of downloaded apps and the memory status of each app. Please make sure you have sufficient space by checking on the top left corner of the page.

If you still have issues downloading these eBooks, please uninstall and re-install the Sesame Street iPad app.
