Issues with builder books download of offline program

Question:

Good Morning! I am trying to download the offline program to read my ebook
purchased last week. I only get errors when I click on the download icon,
and when I manually try to download the file I get a file with no
extension, so my computers cannot open. My computers are running Windows 7
64 bit OS.

If you are having trouble downloading or installing iPublishCentral Reader(Previously iOffline Reader), Please  clear you cache and cookies and try downloading again or try using a different browser(ex :Mozilla Firefox). (Google Chrome will cause difficulty during installation as it has compatibility issues). Also ensure you have updated version of Adobe Air  / Adobe AIR 3.5 on your computer.If you are still facing issues please send us screenshots along and browser details.

iPublishCentral Reader is based on Adobe Air and the file download extension of ( .air ).
