If you have made an In-app purchase from iTunes Store on your Sesame Street eBooks iPad app.

You would receive a purchase receipt as shown in the sample image below:

Please email the copy of the receipt to support@ebooks.sesamestreet.org along with the UDID of the device that you used to register and purchase the Sesame Street eBooks subscription.

Follow the below instructions to locate the iPad identifier (UDID).

• When iPad is connected to your computer, Open iTunes.
• Then, select the iPad when it appears in the left column.
• After that, click on the Summary tab.
• Next, Click on the Serial Number and the Identifier (UDID) will appear.
• Please refer the link "http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061" to locate the iPad identifier (UDID).

We will go ahead  and set up an account for you with your desired email address which will help you to access your account with the subscription when you change devices or have additional devices that you wish to use.
