How to download my subscribed eBooks to an iPad or an Android

	Download and install the free iPublishCentral app on your iPad by clicking here.		Download and install the free iPublishCentral app on your Android Tablet by clicking here.
	Tap on the + and Select the Publisher .		Tap on the + and Select the Publisher .
	Login with your registered username & password from the eBook site .		Login with your registered username & password from the eBook site .
	Tap and Add the eBook to Download.		Tap and Add the eBook to Download.
	Once Downloaded , tap on it to read.		Once Downloaded , tap on it to read.

I have updated on my Ipad mini the newest version of publish central reader, but i cannot start the reader. How can I get access to all my books stored with the reader. The newest iOS Version is installed on the Ipad.
