Access code redemption and purchases can only be done through the AHA eBookstore (through a browser on a PC, Mac, or tablet)—not through the AHA eBooks app.

NOTE: You do not need to redeem an access code if you have already purchased the eBook from this website. You only need to redeem the access code if you have purchased the eBook from an authorized AHA eBooks distributor (for example, World Point, Channing Bete, Laerdal) or AHA Training Center.

STEP 1. Go to the eBookstore (ebooks.heart.org). If you already have an account (with the AHA Instructor Network or through My.American.Heart), simply log in with your AHA username and password. If you have not registered, click “Create an account”

STEP 2. Once you are successfully logged in, you will be redirected to your Bookshelf. Click on the Redeem option in the header.

STEP 3. Enter your access code in the Enter Code field. (Do not include any spaces. Letters in the code should be capitalized). Click the arrow next to the code or simply hit enter on your keyboard.
