Please try de-activating Adobe Digital Editions(ADE) on your computer:

  • Open Adobe Digital Editions reader on your computer
  • Press<Control>+<Shift>+D
  • Close/quit the reader(ADE).
  • Open the reader(ADE) again
  • and re-activate it from Help->Authorize Computer.

If you are still facing issues try un-installing and reinstalling ADE
