When setting up Common Username authentication for a library on Sesame Street eBooks

This Common Username has to be an email address ex: anything@anything.com( need not be valid but in the format of an email address and also it cannot be repeated on multiple accounts(unique)(Mandatory)

It has to be unique.

Same goes for the name of the Institution/Library.

The same name cannot be used to create more than one institutional account.

It has to be unique and at times can be specific if there are multiple branches.(ex:Test Library-Loc1, Test Library-Loc2 can be used)
