I cannot download the 3 ebooks I purchased. When I click on download, i go right back to the login page. I&#039;ve tried everything, my IT guys says it&#039;s not on our end. I send an email and get an notice that someone will help me within 24 hours. Then i get the response that tells me to call a number, I get a message that says leave a message (I already sent a detailed email) and they will get back to me in 24 hours. Now this. I need some help please.
