Error #2048 is generally caused if the ebook site is being accessed behind a firewall and it is blocked, it could be that their IT department has not allowed network access to this site.
The most plausible explanation for this issue is that the firewall is blocking the crossdomain.xml.
Please check with your IT administrator to allow this file to load.
The crossdomain.xml file is a cross-domain policy file. It grants the Flash Player permission to talk to servers other than the one it's hosted on.
